David Quiring

Vice President, Claims Operations

David Quiring is Vice President of Operations for Medical Mutual of Ohio, where he is responsible for the Call Center, Claims Distribution Center, Project Administration and the claims operations for Network Access, National Network and Dental.

Mr. Quiring joined the Company in 1985 as a member of the Internal Performance unit. He was appointed Manager of Project Administration in 1990 and was promoted the following year to Director of National Account Operations, a position he held until assuming his current position in 1998. Before coming to Medical Mutual, he was a Project Engineer for LTV Steel.

Mr. Quiring received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering in 1982 from Cleveland State University and was certified in Group Life and Health Insurance by the Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA) in 1994.
