Find out how much you owe after your doctor's visit - even before you leave the office.
While you're still at the doctor's office your claim is submitted to Medical Mutual. We will process it immediately and calculate what you owe. An electronic copy of your Explanation of Benefits is then sent to your doctor's office. Before you leave, you might be asked to pay your deductible and coinsurance amounts, in addition to the copay you might have paid when you checked in. So the entire payment process could be completed before you even leave the office.
