Gain Customers with Mutual Appreciation
Mutual Appreciation is a customer engagement program unique to Medical Mutual that incentivizes our almost 3,000 employees and their families to shop with our customers. If you own a business that sells a product or service to consumers, your group is eligible for the program at no cost to you. As an eligible customer, you can market your business in our internal communications as well as work one-on-one with us to coordinate promotions designed to increase our spend with you.
In total, Medical Mutual employees have spent more than $200 million with our customers since Mutual Appreciation began in 2011
How it Works
- Your group enrolls in a Medical Mutual policy and fits the business-to-consumer criteria for our program.
- We automatically add your business to our internal database of customers.
- Our employees shop with your business and record their purchases.
- We partner with you to create special promotions, events or social media opportunities.
- We report back how much our employees have spent with your business.
