College Internship Program

If you are a creative thinker, have a curious mind and are a problem solver, we invite you to join our 12-week, paid summer internship program. During your internship, you will join one of our professional teams and gain valuable hands-on experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to existing projects, as well as new projects designed specifically for your time at Medical Mutual.

In addition to the projects you work on, Medical Mutual also prepares you to be successful in the business world. You will have access to mentoring, professional development workshops, community service opportunities and networking events.

Our internship program is a great way to launch your career.  After successful completion of our program, you may be considered for a full-time position when you graduate.

  • Have at least a 2.8 GPA
  • Be able to work full-time (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday) for at least 12 consecutive weeks
  • Have reliable transportation and be able to travel to other Medical Mutual locations

Career Development Program

Medical Mutual’s Career Development Program helps recent graduates seamlessly transition from college to professional life. You will join Medical Mutual as a full-time employee, first completing our corporate rotational program and then being placed in your permanent position.
