Patricia Lattimore

Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President of Facilities and Administration

Patricia Lattimore is Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President of Facilities and Administration for Medical Mutual of Ohio. In her role as Chief Diversity Officer, she is responsible for fostering a diverse and inclusive environment at the Medical Mutual of Ohio Family of Companies. As Vice President of Facilities and Administration, her duties include building renovation, construction, lease agreements, mail operations, graphic services, cafeterias, purchasing, and building maintenance and security.

Before joining Medical Mutual in 1980 as a Supervisor of Word Processing, she was an Administrative Assistant to the President at Cleveland State University. In 1983, she joined the Internal Audit and Performance department as a Senior Project Analyst, and the next year, she became a Corporate Planning Associate in the Planning department. In 1985, she moved to the Operations department as Manager of Claims and Claims Support. In 1987, she was promoted to Director of Statewide Operations, responsible for planning, developing, implementing and coordinating all aspects of the Customer Service operation to retain accounts. She was promoted to her current position in 1997.

She received a bachelor’s degree in History from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master of Education Administration from Cleveland State University. She is also a notary.
