Kenneth Sidon

Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, President of Antares Management Solutions

Kenneth Sidon is President of Antares Management Solutions and Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Medical Mutual Services, subsidiaries of Medical Mutual.

Mr. Sidon joined Medical Mutual in 1976 and was named Vice President of Applications in 1985. Four years later, he was promoted to Vice President of Information Systems and in 1997 was named Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He was named President of Antares Management Solutions in January 2000.

He received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kent State University and his master’s degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College. In addition, Mr. Sidon is a graduate of the Harvard University Advanced Management Program. He studied Management Innovation and Technology at the Wharton School of Management at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Sidon co-authored “How to Measure IS Department Performance,” which was published in Chief Information Officer Journal, and has been interviewed and quoted in several business magazines, including Business Week, CIO and InfoSystems.

He is on the board of the Multiple Sclerosis Society Ohio Buckeye Chapter and is on the Kent State University School of Business and Chanel High School advisory boards.
