Sue Tyler
Executive Vice President
Ms. Tyler provides executive leadership to the life insurance group of Consumers Life Insurance Company. Sue also has responsibility for the strategic planning area and a consolidated operations unit serving the entire Medical Mutual family of companies. She joined Medical Mutual in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer. Sue holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master’s degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University.

Bob Stevenson
Director of Underwriting and Administration, Life Group
Mr. Stevenson is responsible for the management of the Life Group operations, including Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration and Customer Service. Bob has more than 25 years of experience in the group insurance field and possesses an FLMI designation. He earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Neeley Klubert
Manager of Life Sales & Marketing, Life Group
Ms. Klubert has nationwide responsibility for introducing all ancillary products to Medical Mutual representatives and brokers in Ohio, as well as Business Distribution Services representatives and brokers in other states. Neeley has more than six years of experience in group life, short and long term disability sales. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications and Marketing from Bowling Green State University.

Director of Underwriting Operations, Life Group
Ms. Crivello is responsible for the development and maintenance of proposal, renewal, and underwriting for Ohio business. Mary has more than 30 years of experience in group life, short and long term disability underwriting.

Manager of Policy Administration, Life Group
Ms. Gallagher is responsible for new business processing, issuance of policies and certificates and coordination of enrollment and billing with Medical Mutual. Lori has more than 10 years of experience within the Medical Mutual family of companies.

Ms. Waple is responsible for the development and implementation of all aspects of the claims and customer service functions for the life and disability products. Shari has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Matthew Budenz
Manager of Finance, Life Group
Mr. Budenz is responsible for the Finance and Facilities functions of Consumers Life.
Matt earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, from Miami University (Ohio). He became a Certified Public Accountant in 2001.
A member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs, Matt has also earned an ALMI (Associate, Life Management Institute) designation.
