Mr. Mueller is responsible for the Policy Administration, Claims and Customer Service functions of Consumers Life.
Ray earned both his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Toledo. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1991.
A member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs, Ray has also earned a FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute) designation.
Chuck Braschwitz
National Sales Director, Life Group
Mr. Braschwitz has nationwide responsibility for introducing all ancillary products to Medical Mutual representatives and brokers in Ohio, as well as Business Distribution Services representatives and brokers in other states.
Mr. Braschwitz has been with Medical Mutual for 26 years and during that time has served in many sales and marketing leadership roles.
Bob Stevenson

Mr. Stevenson is responsible for product development, pricing, development and maintenance of underwriting regulations, and for reinsurance and underwriting of non Ohio business. Bob has more than 20 years of experiences and possesses an FLMI designation. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Ms. Crivello is responsible for the development and maintenance of proposal, renewal, and underwriting for Ohio business. Mary has more than 30 years of experience in group life, short and long term disability underwriting.
Lori Gallagher

Ms. Gallagher is responsible for new business processing, issuance of policies and certificates and coordination of enrollment and billing with Medical Mutual. Lori has more than 10 years of experience within the Medical Mutual family of companies.

Ms. Waple is responsible for the development and implementation of all aspects of the claims and customer service functions for the life and disability products. Shari has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry.
