Is there a way I can access my Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) online?
You can check your EOBs online in the My Claims area of My Health Plan, the Member’s section of the Medical Mutual Web site.
You must be logged in to view EOBs. Once logged in, go to My Claims, click the claim number you wish to view the EOB for, and then click the View EOB link.
If you have not yet registered for My Health Plan, follow the account activation link on the sign in page. Once you have activated your account, you
will be able to access your claims information.
