Can I search for a provider online?
You can perform a provider search online by visiting the Find a Provider section of MedMutual.com.
Once on the page, you will be asked to choose whether to search for a provider inside Ohio or outside of Ohio. Then you will need to choose the logo that matches the logo on the back of your ID card.
If you would like a hard copy of the provider directory for your geographic location, please call 888/241-2583, 24 hours a day. Your new directory is free and will come to you in the mail. If you choose, you can also call the customer service number located on the back of your ID card.

I’m looking for a dentist, but am unable to find dentists on your online provider directory. Where can I find a list of dentists?
Medical Mutual's SuperDental partners with DenteMax, a premier, national dental PPO/network, to provide our members with extensive access to dental care. You can find a list of preferred dentists through the DenteMax Web site.

What should I do if I would like to change my Primary Care Physician?
To change your PCP, simply call the Customer Service number on the back of your ID card.
