I recently got divorced and want to know how to have my husband/wife removed from my policy.

Please contact your employer regarding the change in dependants, and they will assist you with removing him or her from your insurance. If you are a SuperMed One policyholder, please contact your broker.

I am pregnant and due in two months. Do I need to add the baby to my insurance plan prior to giving birth?

There is no need to inform us of the birth prior to your delivery. After you have given birth, please contact your employer regarding the change in dependants within 30 days, and they will assist you with adding your baby to the insurance. If you are a SuperMed One policy holder, please contact your broker.

My daughter is going to graduate from college soon. How long will I be able to keep her on my policy?

This depends on your policy and group benefits. Please contact customer service regarding this question. You can contact them via phone at the number printed on the back of your ID card, or email them directly via My Health Plan by going to the Email Customer Service page in My Health Plan.
