Medical Mutual is pleased to provide its members with the SuperMed Vision program managed by EyeMed Vision Care. That is why we have designed a vision care program combining choice, and quality with unmatched value and service.
Through the EyeMed Access Network, you have access to hundreds of private practice optometrists, ophthalmologists and opticians as well as the nation’s top optical retailers including LensCrafters®, Pearle Vision, Sears Optical, and Target Optical.
As a Medical Mutual SuperMed Vision member, you can receive periodic routine vision services through these retailers and/or independent optical providers. How it works
Using the SuperMed Vision program is easy. Simply visit one of the many participating optical providers and present your Medical Mutual ID card to identify yourself as a Medical Mutual member. The optical outlet will verify your eligibility, your exact insurance plan benefits and any fees that apply. It's as simple as that – No claim forms to complete. No waiting for reimbursement.
Review your benefits thoroughly to determine the routine benefits (spectacle eye exam and/or eyeglass/contact lens) for which you are eligible.
