Medical Mutual is pleased to provide its members with the SuperMed Vision Classic program managed by Cole Managed Vision. Cole Vision has a long history of providing quality eyecare and eyewear to patients through optical departments in major retailers such as Pearle Vision, Sears, JC Penney and Target.
As a Medical Mutual member, you can receive periodic routine vision services through these retailers and a number of independent optical providers. To locate a specific provider, visit ColeManagedVision.com now, or call the Vision Care Service Center at 800/334-7591, Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. or Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
How it works
Using the SuperMed Vision Classic program is easy. Simply visit one of the many participating optical providers and present your Medical Mutual ID card to identify yourself as a Medical Mutual member. The optical outlet will verify your eligibility, your exact insurance plan benefits and any fees that apply. It’s easy. There are no claim forms to complete and no waiting for reimbursement.
Review your benefits thoroughly to determine the routine benefits (spectacle eye exam and/or eyeglass/contact lens) for which you are eligible.
