A: Your iHealthRecord will contain the following features:

based on the medications you list in your iHealthRecord.

Q:Who can view my iHealthRecord and how do I know who has seen it?
A: You control access to your iHealthRecord and provide access
privileges to doctors, family members or emergency personnel. You can see who
has visited your iHealthRecord by using the tracking log provided by the
record. You are notified via email each day that someone accesses your
iHealthRecord so they can monitor its use.
Q:What role does Medical Mutual play in my iHealthRecord?
A: Medical Mutual wants to help you maintain your iHealthRecord. You
can elect to automatically update your iHealthRecord with your Medical Mutual
claims information. Simply click on the “Automatically add Medical Mutual as a
data source to your health record” box when you register for an iHealthRecord.
Q:What happens to my Personal Health Record if I switch to another Health Plan
Provider?
A: Your iHealthRecord is yours for life, even if you leave Medical
Mutual. You can always access your iHealthRecord by going to
www.ihealthrecord.com
Q:Will my doctor have access to My Personal Health History?
A: If you create an iHealthRecord you will have the option of allowing
your doctor view this information. However, no one will have access to your
record unless you authorize it.
