Automatic Enrollment Has Begun!
If you have questions about your plan materials or eligibility for the Medical Plan, please reach out to The Fund Office at 1-216-241-2828. To enroll in Dental and/or Vision, please complete the paper application or call Medical Mutual to assist with completing an application (enrollment in OSB is only allowed within 30 days from your plan effective date or during Oct. 15 to Nov. 7).

MedMutual Advantage plans are HMO, HMO-POS and PPO plans offered by Medical Mutual of Ohio with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in a MedMutual Advantage plan depends on contract renewal.
