Specialists are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, from Oct. 1 to March 31 (except Thanksgiving and Christmas), and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, from April 1 to Sept. 30 (except holidays).

MedMutual Advantage plans are HMO, HMO-POS and PPO plans offered by Medical Mutual of Ohio with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in a MedMutual Advantage plan depends on contract renewal.
