Employees looking for a mental healthcare provider can utilize the Find a Provider search tool in their My Health Plan portal to find one in their plan’s network.
Easy access to your healthcare information
Paperless options are designed to simplify your employees’ lives, helping them stay organized, informed and secure, all with added convenience at their fingertips. Medical Mutual members that “go paperless” have access to all their health information through their My Health Plan portal.
Health insurance documents, like Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), Summary of Benefits and Coverage and more, are delivered digitally instead of through physical mail, which can be misplaced, damaged or stolen. Employees can download or review documents in a way that’s flexible, convenient and stress-free.
Digital documents are protected through security measures, including password protection and encryption. And unlike paper records, employees won’t lose access to them in the event of a fire, flood or other disaster. Physical copies are still available when needed upon request.
