All MedMutual Advantage® plans include access to programs and services to help keep you heathy and active, including:
- SilverSneakers® is a complete health and fitness program designed for Medicare beneficiaries at all fitness levels. Members will have access to participating gyms and fitness centers to help them meet their personal wellness goals. - WeightWatchers® To help you meet your health goals, we partner with WeightWatchers, to provide discounted rates specified programs for MedMutual Advantage members.
- Smoking and Tobacco Cessation coaching includes six coaching sessions, as well as a supply of nicotine therapy in the form of patches or gum at no cost.

MedMutual Advantage plans include programs to help you manage chronic health conditions, as well as ways to access care anywhere—so you can get back to feeling your best.
- 24/7 Nurse Line offers access to a trained healthcare professional 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, who can answer your health-related questions.
- MedMutual Advantage Travel Plus™ gives you coverage of up to $7,500 on routine care received outside of Ohio. For full details of this benefit, check your plan’s Evidence of Coverage.
- Telehealth options let you see a doctor or nurse virtually from the comfort of your home. Our telehealth professionals can diagnose common illnesses and prescribe medications, as well as answer medical questions.
- Chronic Condition Management Program pairs you with a trained health coach to help you stay healthy, manage your chronic conditions and maintain your independence.
Recover Comfortably
MedMutual Advantage members get access to programs and services that help make transitioning home after a hospital stay easier.
- Home Meals Program delivers two meals a day for seven days directly to your door after an inpatient hospital stay.
- Transportation Services offer members up to 24 one-way trips (up to 35 miles each way) to doctors’ visits, pharmacies and other medical appointments within our Ohio service area. Learn more about transportation services.
- Transitional Care offers health coaching and care coordination services to help you transition home from the hospital.
- Palliative Care offers care coordination and home-based support services to help improve quality of life for those with serious illnesses.
