Medicare Advantage Plans: Dental, Vision and Hearing Coverage
MedMutual Advantage® plans from Medical Mutual include coverage for dental, vision and hearing care at no additional cost. You can also purchase extra dental and vision coverage with our Optional Supplemental Benefits package. Dental Benefits
All MedMutual Advantage plans include preventive dental coverage. Coverage includes:
- $0 copay for:
- Oral exams (2 every year)
- Cleanings (2 every year)
- Dental X-ray (1 every year)
- Fluoride treatment (Up to 2 every year on some plans)*
- Comprehensive coverage up to $2,500 per year
Vision Benefits
All plans include preventive vision benefits, as well as an eyewear allowance.
- $0 copay for yearly vision exam
- Allowance of up to $250 to spend on glasses or contacts
Hearing Benefits
All plans include coverage for preventive hearing exams, as well as hearing aid fittings and discounts on hearing aids.
- $0 copay for yearly hearing exam
- Three hearing aid fittings
- Hearing aid copays as low as $499
Optional Supplemental Benefits
You can also purchase additional dental and vision benefits for as low as $30 per month. Select this option when you enroll in coverage or within your first 30 days as a member. Coverage includes:
- $1,000 of additional comprehensive dental coverage
- Additional $150 eyewear allowance to use on glasses or contacts
