Wagging Toward the Finish Line: Medical Mutual Volunteers at Jog for Dogs

Medical Mutual team members once again laced up their shoes to support a great cause at this year's Jog for Dogs 5k run and 1-mile walk event, benefiting the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter (CCAS). The family-friendly event featured an after-party, vendors, raffles and live entertainment following the race and walk.
As a proud sponsor, Medical Mutual's involvement extended well beyond the race course. CCAS has been a Medical Mutual customer since 2003, making the event an opportunity to support both a valued customer and an important community organization. Team members participated in the run and walk, volunteered throughout the event and helped judge the always popular "Best Dog Costume" contest. Before runners and walkers hit the course, Jennifer Collister, Vice President of Human Resources, kicked off the morning by leading a pre-race warm-up.
The event brought together animal lovers from across Ohio to support the shelter's mission of caring for and finding homes for animals in need. Medical Mutual's volunteers helped create a fun and welcoming experience for participants and four-legged companions while supporting an organization that makes a meaningful difference in our community.
