CLEVELAND – Medical Mutual has earned WorldatWork’s 2017 Seal of Distinction, a unique mark of excellence designed to recognize an organization’s strategies that help employees with work-life balance.

The prestigious Seal of Distinction, which began in 2012, is awarded to companies that meet defined standards for workplace programs, policies and practices weighted on several factors, such as the complexity of implementation, required organizational resources, perceived breadth of access and overall level of commitment from leadership. Applicants are evaluated in 17 areas, including compensation, perquisites, career development, health and wellness, and culture initiatives and community involvement.

WorldatWork, a nonprofit HR association and compensation authority, will recognize all 160 organizations being honored in 2017 during the WorldatWork Total Rewards Conference & Exhibition, held in Washington, D.C., from May 7-10.
