Update on ID card delivery

Due to current United States Postal Service (USPS) delivery delays, it may take longer than expected to receive your new Medical Mutual member ID card. To access a temporary member ID card, log on to My Health Plan and click on Benefits & Coverage/Account Details/ID Cards. If you have not yet registered for My Health Plan, click here to create your account. You may also access a temporary ID card on the MedMutual mobile app, which can be downloaded by texting “APP” to 74028. 

If you already have a Medical Mutual member ID card, and are not switching plans in 2021, you may continue to use your current ID card until the new one arrives. If the copays listed on your ID card are changing for 2021, or you changed your Medical Mutual plan, your new temporary ID card will be available starting Jan. 1, 2021. You can access your temporary ID card using the instructions above.
