How do I apply for a job at Medical Mutual?
Use our job portal to view our current openings and apply for a position. You can also create a login and password, build a profile and upload your resume.

What if I don’t see a position I am interested in?
Visit the job portal to create a profile. Once you’ve created a profile, you can choose to be emailed when we post new positions.

How long is my profile active in the job portal?
Profiles are active in our database indefinitely unless you notify Medical Mutual by emailing Recruiting@MedMutual.com.

How do I update my profile?
Log in to the job portal and make changes as needed.

What if I forgot my user name or password?
Use the “Forgot your user name?” or “Forgot your password” links on the login page.

What happens after I apply for a position at Medical Mutual?
Our Recruitment Team reviews all resumes. Qualified resumes are submitted to the hiring managers for review. The length of the selection process can vary and may take several weeks. Please email Recruiting@MedMutual.com if you have questions about your application’s status.

How will I know when a position becomes available that I may be interested in?
When you create a profile, you can choose to be notified by email when we post new positions.

Does Medical Mutual offer job opportunities to recent college graduates?
Yes. Medical Mutual offers a Career Development Program. We also offer entry-level professional positions.

Does Medical Mutual offer summer internships?
Yes. Medical Mutual offers a 10 to 12-week, paid summer internship in our Cleveland and Strongsville locations. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Learn more about our internship program.
