Manage Your Plan
Make changes to your 2017 policy by logging in to My Health Plan and selecting “Make a change to my policy.” You can make changes from November 1, 2016, to January 1, 2017. Please note: Changes made after December 15, 2016, will be effective for start dates after January 1, 2017.
