At Medical Mutual, we make enrolling in a Medical Mutual Medicare Plan easy. Just choose a method below. Remember, if you want to enroll in a Medicare Advantage or a Medicare Supplement Insurance plan, you must first be enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B (Original Medicare).

Once we receive your enrollment information, you will get a confirmation letter in the mail.
Please note: We do not offer a mailing option for our Medicare Supplement Insurance plans. Please enroll in a Medicare Supplement Insurance plan online or by phone.
After You Enroll
Once Medical Mutual starts processing your enrollment form, here is what you can expect based on the plan you selected.
Medicare Advantage Plans with Prescription Drug (MAPD)
We will review your information and confirm with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services that you qualify for Medicare.
If everything is in order, we will send you a letter within 10 days to confirm you are a member. Call us at 1-800-982-3117 (TTY 711 for hearing impaired) if you do not receive your letter before your coverage is scheduled to begin.
Shortly after this, we will send you the following:
- Member ID card
- Welcome Kit
- Mail-order prescription form
- Instructions for requesting directories or a formulary
Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans
After Medical Mutual processes and issues your policy, we will send you your ID card and plan benefit information packet. This card is similar to other insurance cards you may have had and you will need to bring this card with you to use any of the plan's benefits.
