Visit MedMutual.com/Member and follow the prompts to create an account.

  1. Enter your member ID number and date of birth.
    • Tip: If you don’t have your ID number, select Don’t know your ID Number? to view other accepted forms of identification.
  2. Provide an email address (required) and mobile phone number (optional).
  3. Create your username and password.
  4. Check your email and click the link from Medical Mutual to verify your email address.

You can view your current over-the-counter balance on the right side of the My Health Plan dashboard, underneath Actions and Messages. Click Find Out More to visit the Benefits Pro Portal and view information about previous transactions, place online orders and more.

If you are an eligible Secure HMO member, you can learn more about your grocery benefit.


Use the Find a Provider tool to search by name, medical specialty or location. View the thousands of medical, dental, vision and pharmacy providers covered by the MedMutual Advantage network. You can find this tool under the Quick Links and Resources & Tools sections.

The My Health Plan dashboard features a snapshot of recent claims and other useful information, like your current out-of-pocket costs this year.

Click View Your Claims to see recent claims and review your EOBs, all in one convenient spot.


If you misplaced your member ID card, you can quickly access a digital version of it on My Health Plan.
