My Health Plan is your personal, secure and convenient member website. My Health Plan puts you in control by helping you get the most out of your health and health plan. You’ll find many online tools and resources available when you need them:
- Get important information faster – the dashboard places current information about your health plan right up front so you can see the status of claims and messages at a glance, and quickly link to other resources.
- Learn about your health plan – get detailed information about coverage and prior authorization requirements so you know before you go.
- Manage your health plan – order a new ID card, download forms, access documents like Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), view claim status and track spending amounts for deductibles and coinsurance.

Download the free MedMutual app, which lets you search for nearby doctors, email your ID card directly to providers and access your My Health Plan account right from your smartphone or tablet. Just search for “MedMutual” in the App Store or Google Play.
Go Paperless
Easily manage your plan communications and reduce waste by going paperless. Instead of receiving notifications via U.S. mail, we’ll send you an email with a link right to My Health Plan. To go paperless, set your communications preferences in the My Profile section of My Health Plan.
