Medical Mutual’s SuperMed® PPO network is one of the largest provider networks in Ohio. However, if you or one of your covered dependents live or spend significant time outside the Medical Mutual service area, you can rest easy knowing you also have access to the Cigna PPO® network.* This makes it easy to get in-network care no matter where you are.   • My Health Plan our secure member website helps you keep track of your plan. You can check your deductible, review your claims and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, or find a provider in your network.
  • MedMutual Appmanage your plan when you’re on the go with our mobile app. To download the app, visit the App Store® or Google Play™ and search for MedMutual.
  • WW® Program – receive a discounted rate of nearly 50% when you enroll in a WW program.
  • Chronic Condition Management Program – our trained Health Coaches provide personalized support and help you manage your chronic condition, like asthma, diabetes and more.

Coordination of Benefits

You may receive a letter from Medical Mutual asking for information about other healthcare coverage you may have for yourself or your dependents. If you receive this type of letter, it is important that you respond with accurate and complete information.
