Enroll Now in a Medical Mutual Health Savings Account (HSA)

Before You Enroll

Enrollment can only be completed on a desktop or laptop. We currently do not support enrollment on mobile phones or tablets. Please have the following information available before you begin:

  • Full name
  • Physical residential address (no PO Boxes allowed)
  • Date of birth
  • Social Security number or driver’s license number
  • If adding authorized signer(s), please have their name(s), address information and Social Security number(s)

Enrollment Steps

  • Register for or log in to your My Health Plan account.
  • From My Health Plan, select My Spending Accounts on the Claims & Balances tab.
  • Accept the Terms & Conditions to take you to the My Spending Accounts HSA site.
  • Once on the HSA site, select Enrollment on the Enrollment tab.
  • Select Get Started and provide the information requested on the screens that follow.
  • Click the Enroll button next to your HSA plan and complete all required fields that have an asterisk (*).
