Protect Your Employees From the Unexpected

No one is ever prepared for a serious injury, illness or hospital stay and the associated physical, mental and financial burdens. By providing your employees with accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage, you provide the added protection to help relieve the financial stress that often comes with these events.

Medical Mutual Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity plans all pay a lump-sum cash benefit to help cover out-of-pocket medical expenses. However, employees can use these cash benefits any way they wish, such as paying rent, buying groceries or to help make up for lost wages when out of work—ultimately providing even more value to your employees.

Critical Illness Insurance

Critical illness insurance pays employees a lump-sum cash benefit upon the diagnosis of a covered illness. While health insurance provides employees coverage of major medical expenses associated with treatment of critical illness, they may have out-of-pocket expenses that are not covered by their health plan.

Hospital Indemnity Insurance

Hospital indemnity insurance offers employees financial protection through lump-sum cash benefits for inpatient and outpatient services that are needed as a result of a covered accident or illness. This can help alleviate the burden of costly hospital expenses that may remain after health insurance deductibles or copays.
