With our Solutions Program, we offer the tools and programs you need to improve your employees’ health and your bottom line. We can help your employees get healthy and stay healthy, resulting in reduced healthcare costs, improved productivity and less absenteeism.
We engage your employees in a wellness program that rewards them for participating and achieving their personal health goals. Solutions Program empowers your employees to take charge of their health, keeping healthy employees healthy and helping employees at risk for chronic diseases to reduce or eliminate that risk.
Solutions Program is different than a standard wellness program. Using financial incentives, you can structure the program to reward or penalize your employees depending on their willingness to participate and their program results.
Surveying Your Employees’ Overall Health
One of our highly trained Wellness Coordinators will work with you to choose up to five factors for setting goals and measuring results. Then, we work with you to schedule on-site health screenings to collect health information from your employees.
For covered employees, health screenings and nicotine testing costs will be reimbursed as a claims expense. We pay these services under the employees’ benefits at no out-of-pocket cost to them (i.e. the payments are not subject to deductibles and copays). Costs for non-covered employees will be billed directly to you.
