Romina Alesci is a certified Medicare sales agent with 14 years of experience, making her a valuable and trusted partner. Since 2015, Romina has served the Northeast region. Her clients know her as a true professional and educator with great attention to detail.
Romina is a Cleveland native and enjoys working for Medical Mutual because of the strong focus on member satisfaction. Dedication to her Medicare beneficiaries is a top priority to Romina.
Outside of the office, Romina is a hospice volunteer and sits on two Advisory Committees for the MetroHealth System. She also has three beautiful Yorkshire Terriers, which are a special joy in her life.

Tammy Vitaz is a Regional Sales and Service Specialist with Medical Mutual. Tammy is deeply passionate about helping others. Her record sales and superior customer service earned her The 2022 Pinnacle Award. Tammy loves her family and resides in Milan with Tom, her husband of 30 years. Together they have raised 4 amazing humans: Tyler, Tanner, Taylor, and Tannah. They also have one daughter-in-love, Olivia. The absolute love of their life, granddaughter Stella, was named after her great grandma. In addition to holding an insurance license for the state of Ohio, Tammy has an occupational therapy and liberal arts degree, all while operating as a licensed foster home. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys cruising, camping and volunteering with her husband and family. Tammy lives by the words of Maya Angelou, "people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."

Adam Wilson has 15 years of experience in both the insurance and education industries, making him a great resource for Medicare members. He is a lifelong Ohio resident, having lived in Southeast and Central Ohio, which gives him a unique perspective and ability to provide insight, education and solutions for Medicare members across the state of Ohio. He was drawn to working for Medical Mutual because of the organization’s focus on improving the health and well-being of Ohioans.
When he is not talking about all things Medicare, Adam enjoys spending time with family and friends. He spends time writing, reading and creating content for various business/finance, recovery, mental health and sports publications. He completed his undergraduate degree at Ohio University and his MBA at Ashland University.

Since in 2015, Eli Harper has served as a certified sales agent offering individual and family health plans in Western Cuyahoga county, Lorain county, Stark county, the Toledo area and North Central Ohio. Eli works hard to provide excellent service and education to Medical Mutual members. He has established himself as a big part of the community and enjoys spending time giving back. He enjoys connecting with individuals and guiding them to a better understanding of their health insurance options.
When not at work, Eli enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys. You can catch him watching his children play football, baseball, hockey, wrestling and cross country. He is a coach and scout leader and loves being an involved father. He likes to stay active all year playing volleyball and snowboarding. Moving to the Cleveland area as a child, Eli has a tremendous sense of pride for the people and communities in Ohio.
