When you fill in a “How did we do?” card at a restaurant or check the “I liked this” box after watching a movie, you are providing feedback that companies use to improve your experiences with them in the future.

Similarly, Medical Mutual and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services want to know about your experiences with your health plan. A key tool used to get feedback is the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, distributed each spring. This survey asks a random sample of our members about their experiences and satisfaction with their health plans, drug plans and doctors.

Your input helps us continue to improve plan benefits and provide services that are important to you.

Because of feedback from members like you, your 2022 MedMutual Advantage plan offers:

  • Lower Tier 2 prescription drug copays – You’ll spend less money next year on your Tier 2 medications with lower copays.
  • No-cost preventive care, including routine dental, vision and hearing exams – Plus, you get benefits that Original Medicare does not cover, such as glasses, contacts and hearing aids.
  • Up to $2,500 toward medically necessary services when you travel – Whether you’re road-tripping across the country or flying south for the winter, we’ve got you covered. Your 2022 MedMutual Advantage plan will pay up to $2,500 for medically necessary covered services from any Medicare-participating provider in the United States while you are away from home.
  • $0 copays for an annual wellness visit and other important preventive services – Stay in your best health by seeing your primary care provider for your annual wellness visit and routine screenings.

We value you as our member and thank you for allowing Medical Mutual to be part of your health and wellness. To provide feedback on your MedMutual Advantage plan directly to Medical Mutual throughout the year, join the Medical Mutual Member Panel at MedMutual.com/MemberPanel.
